Run the loader and backhoe at whatever engine speed makes them work best for you.
To high of engine speed can make the loader/backhoe to fast and hard to control.
To low RPM makes them work slow.
My loader I run anywhere from idle to full throttle and anywhere in between, depending on what I'm doing at the time.
My backhoe works best for me around 2100 RPM, so thats where I use it most of the time. ....
